We ship most packages with USPS First Class (3-7 days) with an optional upgrade USPS Priority (2-3 days). These are just general estimates- shipping speed varies depending on the time of year and holidays. Once USPS has possession of the package there is nothing we can do to change the speed of delivery.
Melissa hand makes every item in her studio, ensuring they are top quality. She also sends mockups of custom locket photos and ornaments, which take time to create and receive approval for. We strive to ship orders in 2-4 business days, but this can be longer depending on the season. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know when placing the order and we will do everything we can to ship it quickly!
How do I track my order? Can I change my shipping address?
Once we print your shipping label, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It can take up to 24-48 hours to update the tracking in the system.
If you use the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. If we have not shipped your order yet, we will do our best to correct the address. Unfortunately, if USPS already has possession of your package, there's nothing we can do to change its destination.
All sales are final on items that have been customized with photos, initials, names, etc., but if you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately so we can make sure to address them! We want you to be thrilled with your purchases. If you order a non-customized item, we do accept returns if initiated within 3 days of USPS showing delivery. Please email us to inquire about how to complete the return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and you will be refunded the full price minus the original shipping cost.
Jewelry Maintenance & Cleaning
Each piece of jewelry ships with a jewelry care card. Please follow these instructions to ensure your jewelry lasts indefinitely. Please keep your items dry and remove them before showing, sleeping, swimming, working out, etc. Do not use chemical cleaners or jewelry polishing clothes, only 100% cotton or microfiber clothes (such as glasses cleaning cloths) to polish your jewelry and remove any tarnish. If your chain breaks in the first 90 days of receipt of your necklace, we will ship you a new chain. After 90 days, we have replacement chains available for purchase.
Lockets are made to be opened and closed, but excessive opening and closing may wear out the clasp over time. Please make sure to line up the clasp with the hole where the locket shuts and holds closed before pressing down to close the locket. If you have any issues with the clasp of your locket, which is very rare, please let us know.
